My healthy lifestyle coaching services include personalized nutrition coaching to help you establish sustainable eating habits that support your goals. You will analyze your current food habits and decide what adjustments to make for better results.

BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) analysis to understand your calorie needs.

AMDR (Acceptable Macronutrient Distribution Ranges) analysis for nutrient intake recommendations.

Why Work with a Nutrition Coach

Changing habits is challenging, and having a coach with you can help increase your likelihood of success. As your coach, I will help you on the front end by using formulas available to compute what nutrition science shows as a recommended range for calories and macronutrients based on your composition, age, and goals.

At that point, you can look at your current habits and decide what you want to change or add to move closer to your goals. We will follow up with you regarding the implementation of your new habits, and I will lend support through thought-provoking questions and ideas when needed.

Change takes 30 to 90 days of intentional focus and work. It is easy to fall back into old routines and habits. Weekly coaching will help keep you on track toward your goal.

My healthy lifestyle coaching services will soon include fitness coaching to help you build strength, endurance, and stability in a way that works for you. Whether you are starting fresh or looking to refine your routine, I will help you establish a balanced exercise plan tailored to your needs.

As a certified personal trainer (CPT), I have experience and have done the work to learn what you need to do to get your body moving. Using the OPT model, we can work together to create a balanced exercise program to meet your needs.
